The Contract Forge is a brand of Reddin Web Design LLC. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Reddin Web Design LLC, doing business as The Contract Forge. These terms apply to your use of thecontractforge.com and to any communications you receive from us. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.

Our Services

The Contract Forge provides marketing and appointment generation services for custom home builders. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular result. Any performance figures, case studies, or testimonials describe the experience of specific clients and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Specific guarantees, deliverables, fees, and terms are set out in the written agreement we sign with a client.

Text Messaging Terms

We only send text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and checked the consent box on one of our own forms. We do not buy, rent, or import phone lists.

• Program description. Once you opt in, The Contract Forge may text you about your inquiry, scheduling and confirming your call, and our services for custom home builders.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to submit a form or work with us.
• Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. You can expect up to 10 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. These are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text you receive from us. We will send a single confirmation and will not text you again unless you opt back in.
• For help, reply HELP to any text, or email bradley@thecontractforge.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Not all mobile carriers or devices support these messages.

How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Email and Phone Contact

If you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by email and by phone about your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Your Use of the Site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. The content on this site, including text, images, video, and the The Contract Forge name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Testimonial videos are published with the permission of the people appearing in them.

Third-Party Links

This site links to pages we do not operate, including our booking page and third-party scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
